The lodge is two separate sides of 3 bedroom units. This unit has accesses to the Ski shuttle that will take you to stagecoach. Hop on the shuttle and be right at the front and jump on the lift to Ski or Snowboard!!! Featuring majestic vistas across many decks. A private hot tub and shared pool are great for relaxing, while the home theater room and lounge area helps you unwind after a long day. Even the family dogs can join for the fun! Did we mention the GAME Room with POOL TABLE and FOOSBALL, and if you like get a workout iin the the onsite GYM!
Located on ten acres, it will be tempting to spend all your time outdoors admiring nature. Whether you enjoy skiing, hiking, or fishing, or mountain biking right out your back door there is truly no shortage of adventures to be had at this Southern Lake Tahoe Nevada home. Note this property has the capacity to fit a few extra cars comfortably.
This house is located an easy drive Stagecoach Lift which historically has the shortest lines even on the weekends so ski more wailed in line for skiing, and a shuttle stops at the end of the driveway to go up to Heavenly Ski Resort. It is a short walk to a local restaurant, liquor store, and market, and a quick 14 min drive from casinos, golfing, and activities on Lake Tahoe. During ski season the ski shuttle will pick up guests at the end of the driveway and shuttle them to Stagecoach high speed chair, minutes from the home.
Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract additionally, in order to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.

Summary: The stay was amazing as the house was a lot of what we were expecting! Only thing is some outlets around the house were difficult to not useable. When something was plugged in the cable falls out. Otherwise we loved the home and would highly recommend to others!

Summary: Had an amazing stay at this property! The manager was extremely nice and very well accommodating. We were able to check-in early to be able to place groceries in the property! Location is great and just a quick drive down to the casinos/night life. Property was clean and big enough to host all of our friends and family. Thank you and would 10/10 stay again!!

Summary: Plenty of space for a large group though a little cramped to hang out in one space together if you have group of 12+. But outside of that house was great, perfect location for skiing and walking to Fox & Hound grill, amazing views from hot tub and balconies.

Summary: The views from this house are phenomenal! This is a great property for a large family or group. The location is excellent! There is a lot of space. The game rooms, gym, and theatre are fun places for pre-teens and young adults. The game rooms are well-loved. Julio, the property host, provides impeccable customer service at a moment's notice and will become your best friend during the stay as you will need to contact him frequently to help out with the quirks of the houses. This is where the stars for the review begin to fall... There are some safety/maintenance problems on the property. Unfortunately, the housekeeping on the property is lacking. (a cookie sheet of curly fries was left in one oven, the other oven smoked when used) These houses are not stocked with cleaning sponges/cloths or cleaning products. No top sheets on some beds. Minimal towels in the bathrooms. Bring your own spices & oils, the houses are not stocked with pantry items. However, there are ample dishes and cooking utensils between the 2 kitchens. You can search the property for paper towels, toilet paper, and extra bath towels before calling Julio. This is an older house so just have fun with the quirks. Be prepared for dim lighting in the bedrooms. Also, be prepared for a lot of steps too, it is 3 to 4 stories with the kitchen/living room on the top floor. So if you have bad knees or any type of pain when climbing stairs, you will have a tough time. If you don't mind the lack of basic housekeeping supplies and cleanliness, staying here will add to your adventure. The young adults in our group had a blast staying here! It's a great ski/board house for a large group.

Summary: This rental is more than enough to enjoy a large family vacation. There are many activities within the home itself such as the theater room, game rooms, gym, and a hot tub to cater to all kinds of folks. We did enjoy the fact that the house was split into two units so that one side can be more of the “louder side” while those who prefer peace and quiet or to sleep (such as our elderly family members) can be on the other side. On that note, this stay may be a bit challenging if you do have elderly folk in your party as there are many stairs to navigate during the stay. So if you have people who will have difficulty going up and down stairs, this may be a challenge for them. Julio was also very communicative during our stay and was always willing to help should if we ever needed anything. Check-in was simple enough and we had no issues getting in. The house is also only 10 minutes away from the main Stateline area where the casinos and Heavenly Village are, so you can definitely leave and come back whenever you please. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Summary: This House has Amazing Views but other than that it is average, the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on, and for the price to stay here I was hoping for something much better. Everything in the rooms down to the sheets and pillows felt so CHEAP! The deck outside is sagging and seems very iffy along with the railing on the main deck being wobbly and when you're 4 stories up you don't want a wobbly railing. The place was also not shown as 2 separate homes, it's made out that it is one massive house and that is not the case. Overall it was a bit of a bummer because the place is so expensive and when you pay Luxury prices you should get Luxury accommodations and this wasn't it.

Summary: This home was great for our active family, ages 18 months to 66 years. We rented in peak ski season and had great snow. Each day it snowed, our driveway was cleared of snow by 8:30, so parking was not an issue. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room, video room, and common areas. Navigating 2 kitchens was a little confusing, trying to remember where each item was stored, but the huge table was perfect for our party of 12. We were supplied with baby gates and a pack and play, which helped keep our little ones safe. Some things that could be improved include: supplying more washcloths and dish towels and tupperware-type storage containers, fixing the faucets in the bathrooms (hot and cold were reversed, which is a little scarey with small children), fixing the slow draining tubs, fixing the lattice on the back porch(again, scarey with little ones) and fixing the broken step (#7 on the right). Some cosmetic changes that would improve the home would be fixing the flooring under the kitchen table and providing more lighting in closets and bedrooms. Also, shelves in storage closets would allow supplies to be stored in an orderly fashion (they were kind of thrown in randomly) Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would rent again. If ever the 2 sides are split into two units, I would recommend leaving the dining area with access to both sides so it could be used as one huge unit. Maybe put a large door there that could be opened so the big table allows a large family to sit together. But then again, splitting the two would mess up that gorgeous elk hanging above the table! That would be a shame! Cudos to Julio for meeting our needs promptly!
